exercise videos

I want to try some exercise videos but I don't know what to get since theres so many.....I just want one or a few that have cardio in them and work most of the muscles. Any opinions??

My personal favorites are Denise Austin and Total Body Sculpt by Gilad. They both have a combination of cardio and strength training

just somthing i would say, is get something upbeat and . alot of moving! because some tapes that are slow, and boring, oh my good ness , make you want to sit down and eat :) so , im not sure if your into hiphop, or pop, but they have workout videos, that are "dances" and you get a realy good workout from doing so, its ilke dancing, and working out at once.
