Again, probably edited, but if you want to try, get yourself some frothy coffee, make a stencil of the shape you want and then scatter bits of chocolate through it. They'll melt and change the colour.

I have a feeling it's photoshopped. When this is done, the chocolate or whatever they use, would be darker in places, and it would be indented... Maybe I'm wrong, but I find it very hard to believe... Sorry...
