In short, no. It is not a "cuss" word.

However, high school teachers and parents may or may not take offense to the term, as morals and definitions of "cussing" are all subjective.

Kinky is not a cuss word. It is a descriptive term like; Freaky or Cool. Yes it is usually used when talking about sex or fettishes, but it is no more a cuss word than Raunchy or Crotch is. Sure none of the words are the ones you would choose to use in front of the little old ladies at chuch, but there is a lot worse things you can say. If one of my kids were punished or sent to the office at school because they said it, I would be livid with the school staff for wasting mine and my child's time with such ignorance. In my opinion people who would get all worked up and bent out of shape over this word being used, seriously need to get their panties out of a bunch and lighten up. lol

Well I was talking to two of my guy friends and they said something and I replied ''ohh kiky'' as a joke, and my teacher who was listening to our convo at that moment(this was in class) just laughed.
Once when I've said kinky in front of my parents, they just gave me a weird look.
I'd be careful about using that word.
If your parents are conservative and old fashioned, I wouldn't use it.
Also if your teacher is strict, oldish.
Young adults wouldn't really mind though.
It all depends :)

It's not swearing. I don't think it's appropriate for parents and teachers ears though!

It's not a swear word. But it means like sexy and like hott in a sexual way. If you said it inforon of your mom and dad you might get in trouble. If you said it infront of a teacher you would DEFFinetly get sent to the office..

hope i helped

It's not a cuss word but it would be kind of awkward to say in front of your parents or a teacher.

It's not necessarily a cuss word but many people might be offended by it.
