schochie16 answered Tuesday April 8 2008, 6:31 pm: Advil, Ibeprophin (or however you spell it), Motrin. Lots of stuff would work. I would take a pill before your going to school. Then i would take another one at lunch depending on what time it is--look on the back of pill container so you can see how long it has to be between doses.

I always find putting some heat on your belly n relaxing really helps. Have you heard of those microwavable wheat bag things? Once i had a really painful period at a mates n i basically couldnt do anything so her mom heated up a wheat bag and i put it on my belly and probs after about 5 mins the pain was totally gone!
