1) You get this feeling like someone shot warm butter through your veins, its very warm and your body feels like it might explode or disintegrate all at once and it's complete euphoria.
2) I'm assuming you're a virgin? Depends what you're using to masturbate with. If you pop your cherry, sex won't hurt anymore... not as much anyways... and once you're used to it sex won't hurt at all.

1) Trust me, you'll know. Your muscles especially in your pubic area will tense up and then release slowly in tiny or big ripples. You'll feel a wave of pleasure throughout your entire body. That's how best to describe it.
2) The answer is no. While it makes you aware of what you respond to sexually it won't help with discomfort during intercourse. I say discomfort as it's not supposed to be painful ever. The discomfort usually comes from thrusting and friction. Make sure you are properly lubricated or get artificial lubricant as it will help with that.
3) The answer is no as it's not intercourse or considered sex. It would be illegal if you were a kid and the person doing it to you was an adult. That would be criminal let alone illegal. You're fine if you and your boyfriend are doing that. Just be damn sure he's the right person before ever considering it.

3) i havent heard any laws that say that. the only sex related regulations i know are that in the UK it is illegal to have sex under the age of 16 and i think its illegal for an over 18yr old to do anything with a minor.
