im guessing you did this.. well thats stealing. you shouldnt do it again. you could get arrested and it will go on your record and ruin your whole life. when you try to apply for college/ get a job they will see that you stole things and they dont want a theif going to their school/ working for them. you are very lucky that you didnt get caught.

That's stealing, and it's illegal. If a store like Hollister caught you stealing, they would most definitely give you hell for it- we're talking about your record with the law. If you want the shoes, just buy them. They're not worth stealing.

You'd most probably be caught stealing.
If you do get caught, the punishment varies. You can get a warning, be banned from that particular store, your parents will be notified etc.
So.. is it really worth it.. for a flip flop?

You stole a pair of flip flops. You should really consider yourself lucky. Alot people get caught and do years in jail and yes that is for a first time offense. Learn from your mistake. DON'T ever do it again. Next time there may be a cop waiting and Hollister DOES have video cameras. So, I wouldn't go in there for awhile because if they recognize you on tape they can still arrest you.
