It's soft and goes on very smoothe for a radiant, natural beauty! [ mn731's advice column | Ask mn731 A Question ]

You can wear any type of makeup, you just have to learn how to blend it correctly. Get a big blush brush and begin to blend all over so that your makeup looks flawless and smooth.
This is what I do [in order]:
1. Moisturize! Very important!
2. Apply L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Powder. Dip brush in powder, tap on side to remove excess, and apply in sweeping, circular motions.
3. BLEND BLEND BLEND!
4. I use a little tiny glob of Dream Matte Mousse [cream foundation], and combine with glob of lotion to make a solid, liquid foundation [almost]. Apply all over, cover all spots, very important to do this. You don't want to look blotchy. BLEND BLEND BLEND!
5. Apply CoverGirl Pressed Powder to smooth out entire look.
6. Apply eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, whatever else.
My makeup ends up looking very smooth, and flawless, and it covers my blemishes and acne scars.
BitsandPieces answered Monday March 24 2008, 3:05 pm: Depends upon your skin, needs, expectations and finances. You can easily find quality make-up in the drugstores like never before, and some companies have high end products in the department stores and make the same stuff under a cheaper name brand in Walmart for instance. Buy the best foundation and skin-care products you can afford, always use spf sun-protection. Better to change out eye-products often...buy cheap and throw them out, rather than buy expensive and keep too long. This will help protect you from bacteria that can cause eye damage. Lipsticks are trendy and you can lose them, so go cheap here, too. Look for Almay and Loreal in the drug stores. [ BitsandPieces's advice column | Ask BitsandPieces A Question ]
