If you're not going to do anything with the guy, teasing him wouldn't be a good idea. It's frustrating & I've seen some guys get really pissed over it. You may think being a tease is cute, but it isn't.

well frist you flick his ear then you can talk about how nice of a guy he his (that makes them blush its the funnest thing)then you could talk about this really hot guy to him.you might keep bugging him about his crush and go up to the crash and talk but dont say anything about him
