kyphosis can it be cured

right im 16 iv just been diagnosed with kyphosis anyone who has had or knows anything about this disease please help me. can it be cured without surgery?? if so how?? and if i start to sit up striaght and improve my posture will it straighten out and will it go away. i may also have scoliosis

Like YG, all I find says surgery is the best route.
I know, scary stuff.
But look at it this way: You are young, 16. You don't want to have to be going through surgery when you are, say 26. Right?

Sometimes you just have to do what you got to do to feel better.

Be sure to bring up ALL questions and concerns with your doctor. That's their job.

From what I've read corrective surgery may
be your best option. It won't go away with
exercise unfortunately. Here are some searches
