threatened to shoot my friend
I have NO IDEA what category this goes in!!!
My friend was talking to this guy, her friend. He kept asking her for money and she kept saying no. He finally got mad. He called her horrible names & threatened to get a girl to fight her. Well, I guess he got even more mad and he said he was gonna shoot my friend! (He just got out of juvi!) Her mom called the cops and they said to call the school officer.
My friend is reaaally scared. Is there any possibility he could go back to jail for this?

It depends on his criminal background and how serious the police department and school officers and administrators take it. I would also have her inform the school administrators if not yet done so. I would also be by her side as much as possible and for her to watch every step she makes. What that guy said is a serious threat and the officers should have talked to the guy already.

Tell the school officer.
I would have her stay out of school for a few days until it is resolved.
What YOU can do- Get her work for her, and keep the whole situation under wraps- so dont go telling other friends, or students- just teachers and cops.

He can get kicked out of school for it. So the best thing to do is open up your mouth and tell someone at the school.
