stella07 answered Wednesday March 12 2008, 4:00 pm: there are these like tray whiteners that you can get at target or walmart for like 30 dollars.
i think they are called aquafresh whiteners or something along those lines.
those will stay in place.
or you can get crest whitening strips, they stay in place good, but it is kind of gooey afterwards, just rinse your mouth and youll be fine.

Holly22co answered Wednesday March 12 2008, 3:15 pm: ive found that white strips dont really work that well. my teeth are getting yellow from smoking, so i found a way to whiten without strips that really works. oral-b has a rembrandt whitening PEN. its about 6 inches long and its blue. you turn the cranking bottom, the gel comes out the top, and you brush it on after you brush, so it whitens while you sleep. crest has a whitening toothpaste thats in a dark blue & white tube. use these together every day and your teeth will be super white. i get compliments on how white mine are. good luck, hope this helps!
