KPMG Assessment day
Hi, I recently applied for an AAT accounting apprenticeship course for auditing at KPMG, I have made it past the application process, tests, and first round interview. However the last stage is an assessment day, part of this I have to give a 10 minute presentation on a certain business, showing how it can be improved.
presentation should include:
A very brief overview of the organisation,
How they can expand/further develop their business,
The advice that you would give to this organisation to ensure successful development of their business, and why.
Could some one please give me any advice on what business to chose and what to say, I don't have any experience in business and any help for the assessment day would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Maybe you could look into like a big supermarket chain. You probably know a lot about the business anyway, and they will probably have a website that will tell you the rest:)
