It makes girls (like me) who are normal sized insecure. It's promoting an unhealthy image. It's making girls think that they should be wearing a size zero or extra small, when they're perfectly fine with whatever size they're wearing.
It's different, though, when someone has a problem. Like, I know a girl who had an eating disorder and she was really skinny. At first, I thought she was nasty looking, but then I found out she had a problem and actually wanted to gain weight back. That's the only exception in my book.
