family reunion okay so i weigh like 150 and im only 16 but i wanna loose some weight by july and i need some tips. It's not that im fat b/c i dont really think that it's just i wanna loo extra special.

You should eat right (salads, and fruit). Run 3 times a week at the least. You could also work on abs if you want by doing crunches 20-25 starting at 5 sets. Every other day go up a set if you can. Good luck ]
Okay, honestly you don't sound like your fat. but if you want to loose some extraw weight just run or walk outside or on a treadmil. or just tone yourself up.
