Question Posted Thursday February 14 2008, 5:22 pm
I love to eat, who doesn't, but I cannot cook to save a life.
I need to know how to make cup cakes with some cute icing and stuff like that. If anyone knows how to make cupcakes, what I need to buy, how I need to do it, just please let me know. I would appreciate it very much.

Black Bottom Cupcakes
Best when baked in tiny cupcake tins. They are very rich.
Ingredients
8 oz. Softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
---------------------
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water
1 cup semi sweet chocolate bits
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1) Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt in bowl and beat well. Stir in chocolate bits and set mixture aside.
2) Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla, beating until well combined.
3) Fill paper lined miniature muffin cups 1/3 full with batter. Top each with a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.

Everything you need should be located on the same isle or near by except the eggs. That's what I'd do if I was starting out. [ ChevyIINova's advice column | Ask ChevyIINova A Question ]

It's really simple, just remember to use the right measuring cups, and never substitute ingredients for others so it can turn out the way that you want it to. [ Sima's advice column | Ask Sima A Question ]
