How good is a 2160 on the SAT?

Quite good, out of a possible 2400.
Thats the equivalent of a 1440 on the old SAT, which would get you into any number of great schools. I made a 1400 and got into UT Engineering. (back when it was out of 1600)

That is a very good score alone. Just to put this into perspective if you want to go to say, Harvard, you need a 2200.

Wow, I see no reason for the low rating, especially since I didn't say anything mean. If you obviously know where your SAT score stands, I don't know why you are asking people. Wanted to make youself feel good about yourself? Maybe you should ask for advice, seeing as this is an advice site.

The highest you can get is 2400 [800 points for each section].
I'm pretty sure that it's considered an 'A' if you were to put it into letter grade terms.
