What's the word that means getting very into character, or becoming the character. This is mainly for actors.

what is your character's strongest desire?
what is your character's happiest/worst moment of his/her life?
what is the reason for your character's existance in the show you're in?
what is your character's life story?
what was the best gift your character ever received?
ect.

that's the only word I can think of that sums up your definition.

its hard to explain, but you have to pretend the character is you, and adapt to his/her feelings. understand what he/shes going through. and feel the feelings that they feel. like say your character doesnt know who his/her mom or dad, and imagine you going through that, etc., etc.
