I'm a bit underweight and I'm doing my best to gain. The problem is that I really don't like eating meat. I like eating chicken and turkey, but that's really about it. Is there anything I can do to bump up my nutrition without having to eat beef?? I do eat a lot of fruits & veggies, but are there any other foods I can try to replace beef?? Thank you!!

(or any kind of nuts) also, if you don't eat fish you need to make sure you get a lot of iron in your diet. i'm not sure any specific foods that are high in iron (other than fish) but they make iron pills that you can take daily. a variety of different fruits and veggies can also help with getting your nutrition. different colored fruits and vegetables contain different chloroplasts and chromoplasts that your body needs. green peppers, kiwis, strawberries, bananas, melons, apples, etc. all very good! hope i helped! I never used to like it but my uncle made me, we are italian and HAVE to eat twice as much, and that broke my 5 year streak of no meat. Im not really a vegetarian anymore. Also, beans are good. Try that! hope i helped! xoxo [ imissy0ux3's advice column | Ask imissy0ux3 A Question ]
