I have it but it's subsiding now...basically it looks like a rash...but it's not serious. First off you have to wash your body really well. Never wear anything besides cotton. And put on Eucerin in the morning and at night. If it continues...go to a dermatologist.

Try putting on lotion before you go to bed... a mosturizing kind that doesn't have a lot of perfumes (which might make you more itchy). That should help. =] [ Jeanne's advice column | Ask Jeanne A Question ]

Try wearing a loose cotton shirt and some comfortable shorts/sweats when you sleep. I wore my hoodie to sleep last night, and I was going through the same thing that you just explained in your question.
Make sure to limit the amount of iodine (salt) in your diet, and make sure your soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions and other skin treatments are gluten-free too.

Just go to the drug store and ask for some cream or something that can stop the itch. [ kipjoyner's advice column | Ask kipjoyner A Question ]
