I don't know where I read this but getting sexual stimulation during your period can actually reduce cramps later.
If it's about getting pregnant, then the answer is no. Sperm can live up to 7 days inside you. Always use protection.

There is absolutely no evidence of this being physically harmful or affecting you or your health in an adverse manner. it's up you whether you are comfortable doing this. As long as you and your partner are mature enough to handle it you can proceed.
Many people do this and others don't. It depends on what you and your partner feel about it. It can be messy and there's nothing anywhere suggesting it sinful, against the bible, God etc. as mentioned below. That is just one person's personal belief. personally i never would because you are bleeding all over the place, he might get disgusted, you might have cramps or back pain, etc. and it just seems like a bad plan. and a lot of work. you would like have to put towels down or sumthing and who wants to do that? plus God says not too idk if your Christian but i just decided to add that in case you are
