If it's about getting pregnant, then the answer is no. Sperm can live up to 7 days inside you. Always use protection.

As long as you and your partner are mature enough to handle it you can proceed.
Many people do this and others don't. It depends on what you and your partner feel about it. It can be messy and there's nothing anywhere suggesting it sinful, against the bible, God etc. as mentioned below. That is just one person's personal belief.
