So im a vegiterian. I dont eat meat vegetables or fruits haha.Il be the first one to admit i eat really bad i usually only eat junkfood. But i cant stay awake anymore. I could go to bed at ten wake up at ten the next morning or 12 and still be so tired the whole day. Is there a disease where your always tired? i cant stay awake on weekends i always end up taking naps for two hours each day and still going to bed at normal time. I get home from school around 3 o' clock. im usually asleep by 3:30 and somtimes sleep till 7 but mostly 5:30. So any thing would help. Thanks alot!
As has been mentioned, iron is a major nutrient that can be difficult to incorporate in a vegetarian diet. (There's a lot of iron in meat, particularly beef.) It's not the only source, though. Develop a taste for green leafy vegetables, especially collards, turnip greens and spinach. Also, cook in cast iron skillets; whatever you cook will absorb iron from them.
Protein is another nutrient you need, especially if you're still growing. You can get protein from beans combined with a grain like pasta, rice, corn or bulghur, from tofu, or from eggs and dairy if you eat those. (Be careful of unfermented soy products like soy milk or other soy proteins; some health problems have been linked to the high phytoestrogen levels. Fermented soy, like tofu, miso, soy sauce, et al, are fine.)
Essentially, try cleaning up your diet, eat more fruits, veggies, and beans (hummus is food of the gods) and see what that does for your energy levels.

It doesn't mean you can't eat vegetables or fruits. I doubt you want to have scurvy. you can have an iron, vitamin C deficiency. You don't have to eat vegetables, I rarely do.. but have at least an apple, orange or something every day. if you have a fruit before school, it gives you energy and makes you feel good. eating only junkfood makes you crash.
I don't eat much meat, so I become anemic. Which causes you to be tired to the extreme. I would sleep for 10+ hours a day and take 4-6 hour naps after school. So get a blood test and see if your levels are low. You should get some iron pills.

Junk food slows you down, thats probably why you are so tired. Also, you may be lacking iron- which can be found in meats; that makes you lose your breath easily, and get tired very easily as well. Try to get a good sleeping schedule too! Such as:
Go to bed around 11, and wake up at 8. You may feel very tired at first when trying to go to bed at this time, and waking up early, but you need to get a good routine.
So- eat right, and have a good schedule for sleep! [ ASAPcamille's advice column | Ask ASAPcamille A Question ]
