To get tested, you can go to a Planned Parenthood clinic, or probably just ask your regular doctor.
AngelofMercy answered Sunday January 20 2008, 2:31 pm: I'm not sure if you have this option available to you, but try going to the Health Department. It is totally confidential and usually free. They will give you your annual pap test and with that they do the STD cultures.
A suggestion about asking your boyfriend or telling him your ideas, would be to say you seen a t.v. show on STD's and tell him what you think and ask him his viewpoints on this subject.
One thing to consider, safe sex. This way, you won't have all the worries of STD's. Sex is something that is a big responsibility in and of itself, without putting the extra guilt of pregnancy and STD's.
