trackk question....
everytime that i have to run over 3 miles i get like
diarrhea.. does that make any sence? lol

If you drink alot of water when running. You body can only store so much water fluid and so it cause diarea. I would suggest drinking less water or fluids. Drink a little bit at a time and it should subside. Also don't eat right bfore you run or that can cause it to. Maybe eat an hour or two before you actually start running. If you have to some immodium would stop you from having it that way your body can get use to it.

Yes. It means you're nowhere near properly hydrated. An average person needs 8 glasses of water a day, but an athlete (who perspires) need much much.
