The amount of pain you feel depends on how comfortable and relaxed you are in the situation. It would help if your first time wasn't so random hook up just because. Also the guy you take his time and move slow. You shouldn't really be anxious about losing you virginity because it's the one thing that when you give it away you can't ever get it back.
