me and my boyfriend have sex alot and the last few times afterwards i got this gross bubbly thing on the outside of the bottom of my lips, and also he told me it smelled funny i dont know if its an infection or not.
And im going to the clinic on tuesday
and i wanted to get tested for different things such as aids and what not i wanted to know if when they do your checkup they can see what you have and dont have, or if i have to take a test to see if i have hiv or aids and etc
CrayolaJenn210 answered Tuesday January 15 2008, 11:34 pm: Odds are that it is an STD, but by getting tested you can find out what it may be. If you're eager you can simply 'google' STD's and do your own research to best educate yourself about the sexually transmitted diseases.
Something important to think about; if you have infact recieved an STD, you should not be the only one getting tested. You are sexually active with your boyfriend, therefor he should be tested as well. He may not have the visual symptoms, but he could be a carrier, or maybe not.
It always helps to be as safe and precautious as you can be. Ways such as using a condom, or refraining from oral sex.
