need to access journals/books online

i have to write a research paper on oil and i'm only allowed to use books or journals and i don't have access to a library. is there a website or any place where i can get a journal with alot of information about oil? thanks.

I know Ohiolink.com has good informaiton on journals and articles. You should be able to find books there also.

You can use Google Scholar to search for scholarly sources:

Also, check the "references" section on Wikipedia:
