Loaded usually means that someone has a lot of money and material items. Its not an offenseful word, unless the other person doesn't like to be called very rich and likes to keep their finances to themselves. Otherwise, its fine to say at any age. Its a slang that isn't used while talking with just anyone, but saying "crap" is worse than saying "loaded."

I can't think of any other meaning of loaded... like, drunk? That wouldn't make sense, though, because being loaded in that context would be temporary, and how you described it makes it sound like he was describing a characteristic of her. Howver, if that's the case, then you shouldn't be worried for your friend, you should be worried for his ex, lol.

Yes, I do think that you should "stop freakin" because your friend said nothing wrong. And even if he did, its his words and his decision to say them, not yours.

Boys develop perverted minds as early as 8 years old [maybe even before that]. If he wasn't talking about you, then don't give it much thought. It's his business, so before he gets pissed at you, I suggest you not say anything.
