The_MoUsY_spell_checker answered Sunday January 6 2008, 4:40 am: If you're not overweight, I hope it's just junk food that you're trying to stop eating. While overeating is bad for you, you do need to have your normal meals.
If you can help it, don't keep any junk food around at home. You'll be less tempted to eat if there isn't anything around.
Try to stick to normal meal times so that you don't let yourself go hungry for a long time at once. If you get too hungry, you'll be more likely to eat more than you need.
Also, keep yourself busy. You won't notice how hungry you are when you're having fun.
orphans answered Saturday January 5 2008, 5:19 pm: If you're not overweight and you don't look fat, why would you want to stop eating so much food? It's healthy, but just eat right. However, if you really want to stop eating a lot, distract yourself when you feel like you've had enough to eat vby watching TV, listen to music, go on the computer, chew a piece of gum, or suck on a mint (candy).
