HectorJr answered Sunday January 6 2008, 12:25 am: Hey I think you should just do your best to let it go. Forget about it. Whenever anything really embarrassing happens, thats the best thing to do. Learn from any mistakes and things you can do to prevent the situation from happening again. Honestly, if everyone is making a big deal about it then it will be forgotten when everyone starts to make a big deal about something else. Besides, a few months, or even years from now, you'll have forgotten about it and realize you really didn't need to brood over it and that it isn't a big deal after all. Hope that helped and good luck. [ HectorJr's advice column | Ask HectorJr A Question ]
xO_b_r_i_a_n_a_Ox answered Saturday January 5 2008, 10:29 pm: that's really immature of them.
it's not like the same thing doesn't happen to them every month.
even if it makes you feel bad when people make fun of you, don't let them know it. it will only let them know they're affecting you. just roll your eyes and tell them they're being immature. eventually it will blow over and no one will care anymore [ xO_b_r_i_a_n_a_Ox's advice column | Ask xO_b_r_i_a_n_a_Ox A Question ]

emilyjessica0x answered Saturday January 5 2008, 4:06 pm: its completely normal to get your period, ask them how they would feel if that happened to them. tell them, wait until that happens to you. i remember 2 years ago, i had first gotten my period + it was a few months later, + i was wearing white pants, like an idiot, it leaked through, i was so embarresed. thankfully, no one really noticed, but maybe someone did + never told me, yes, its embarresing, but now, no one even remembers it, except me. yeah, you might get a little more harrasment, but it will goo away, it wont happen to you for much longer, wait it out. it will get better soon enough.
Sima answered Saturday January 5 2008, 2:09 pm: I think it would be best if you just brushed off the whole situation. If people bring it up, just ignore them. It might be a little tough at first, but it's only natural to get periods. If you hear someone whispering behind your back, fight that temptation to turn around and punch them in the face.
Do you remember that Degrassi episode where Emma had her period and stained her pants? She had to wear a pair of basketball shorts [or something of the like] and lots of people already guessed what happened. She stood up in front of the class and told them that it was only normal to have a period. I'm not saying that you have to do that, but life will throw many curveballs and you will get yourself into tons of predicaments, but you need to realize that people don't move on as fast as you would like them to.
orphans answered Saturday January 5 2008, 1:55 pm: ok first of all tell them that they have periods also so whould they like it if they got teased because of it its stupid and if you are getting teased because of boys tell them that there would be no sex and boys cant live without sex haha all girls on earth have periods its not strange good luck i hope i helped [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
