how do i do it

The URL must be direct. In other words, it must end in .mp3 or .wma. Other formats will probably not work. It also must start with http://

The total length of the entire caption has to be less than 60 characters. So you pretty much have to own your own web server to get a direct URL small enough to fit.

This only works on Internet Explorer. There is no way to fit code small enough to work in firefox.

Also, this is incredibly annoying. I will immediately leave any website that automatically plays music.
