unfortunately, i do smoke..and when i first started i got very light headed for the first few weeks. i wasnt used to it, now im certainly addicted :/ and hoping to quit in the next month, but yes the lightheadedness is normal at first.

the reason it makes you lightheaded is because it shrinks your cailaries. less oxygen to you brain.
