Hey,
Well this can get a bit confusing but I will try to explain it the best way I can.
There's this guy I have liked for a while.And we went to the movies all his friends and me and my good friend. So , he goes and sits beside me and I found him sometimes starring at me too. On msn we chatted and he said he was too shy to put his arm around me and next time he will and everything.Well, though after that day we haven't really talked.. should I keep talking to him? And ask him to come to catch a movie??

absolutely keep talking to him... drop the hint about a movie you want to see, but you don't have anyone to go with.... he should get the point and ask you.
as for the physical contact part, keep talking to him, and as you get more comfortable around each other, things will fall into place.

Aww, he probably feels embarrassed that he actually admitted it to you & he just feels akward around you.

Though, I would wait till after you guys have started talking a bit. Then maybe the next day just casually mention what he said last time & ask him if he wants to go to the movies with you & some of their friends.

[ always , always ] let the guy take the first move . All you need to do is just give him the sign that you wouldnt mind . Dont push it on him because that could make him more nerves about doing it . But just gradually talk , if he really likes you he'll make the effort to make the date . or you could ask if he wants to hang again <3

if you like him try giving him another chance. if he likes you to he was probably just nervous. try to make him confortable around you by talking before you get close, maybe get to know each other better.
