Everyone use to tell me that and I never believed them, but then one day it totally just clicked for me and I started to be extremely motivated with working out and eating right. You'll get that click in your head when you're ready, and when you do there will be no stopping you trust me.
This is going to sound totally stupid but sometimes when I'm in a pinch and can't do a major work out I'll put on good music and just dance around the house. It's good for a cardio substitute since it will get your heart pumping. You could always go for a brisk walk, but with the colder weather outside I'm not sure you'll be able to depending on where you live. Also try walking in place, or even jogging in place I heard that depending on how intense you do it, you'll burn the same amount of calories as if you were on a treadmill or even jogging outside.
There are a lot of cardio DVDs out now. I have a few from SHAPE magazine which really help me. The DVDs have a preset menu guide which let you do a long workout or a shorter one. [ simplicityx's advice column | Ask simplicityx A Question ]

I like yoga, and it is SUCH a good stress releiver, which, I may add, you can do anywhere at anytime even with music on, which makes it more fun. Try doing a class with some friends, that is always guarenteed to grant you a good time. If you want motivation, remind yourself that you have to stay fit, that you want to look good and stay healthy. :]
Good luck! [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
