That will explain what a heat pad is.
and you can get them at chemists.. and places which sell plasters and bandages. Ask in stores.

well there is the tranditional one with a cord...or you could just get the bandage....it sends out heat to relieve muscle pain...you can get one at walmart or target..or a medicine store i would say...

Heating pads (if these are the ones you are referring to) are pads that look like a thick piece of bandage (hence being called a pad). When applied and used it will emit heat and is very useful on muscle pains where a gentle heat can help the healing process.
