pulled a muscle

hi i think i pulled a muscle in my thigh and its been hurting for a few days now. i have a track meet this saturday and basically i need it to stop hurting ASAP. does anyone kno what i could do to make it better? please dont suggest buying prodcuts i have no money

Massage it really well, put some ice on it, lift it up, and stay off of it as much as possible. Just save it for Saturday. Of course, the pain could fire up at the track meet, but that's just something you'll have to grit your teeth and bear. The best you can do is make sure not to tighten the muscle too much and keep massaging it and using ice - the cold constricts the blood vessels, allowing the muscle to relax well.

You should just rest intill Saturday that might
make you feel better! If that don't work I
surrgest you don't go to your trak meet because you
might pull it more or break it! I hoped I helped
