how long does a tan from a tanning bed last, adn cost!?!? .....im real cheap but then again i dont want to have to go like every week for a tan, adn if thats the case ill just have to be chalky white......

i recomend getting a lotion with a self tanner in it... its a lot better for your skin and won't cause skin cancer.. and over time its probably cheaper.
you tan will gradually fade.. you will be about your normal color a month after you tan. i could get really scientific.. but basicially you shed your skin (that's what dust is) and the top layers of skin cells are the tan ones.. so you shed thoes first and the pale ones remain

When you tan in a bed, you have to build it up. Each time, you get a little darker. Some people actually go everyday. I don't think you will make much progress if you don't go at least once a week. They cost about $30-$40 a month depending on the place. You may want to try a tanning lotaion. A lotion is instant and lasts a couple of days. When it fades, you can just apply more. It will also be cheaper in the long run.
