around june i went on a diet. i was 5'6" and 140 lbs. i had a little tummy i wanted to lose. i lost 10 lbs dieting. then i came down with mono and i lost another 15 lbs in less than 2 weeks.
my appetite has gotten smaller. i eat like a bird. i keep losing weight without exercising or anything. im actually trying to gain a few lbs now, because i dont think im healthy. im at 115 lbs now.
now ive noticed that everytime i eat, unless its something im craving makes me feel sick.

Although you get sick try to eat things it will end up fixing things, but if you avoid food until you crave them you will end up with unhealthy habits. If when you get sick its like your stomach drink stuff like peptobismol before you eat to avoid sickness. The process in change from your diet to a normal healthy way of eating should always take time. Dont just drastically change everything. Lets say you ate salad everyday add something else to eat that you would have ate when you werent dieting. Slowly change and your body will start to adjust.

you definataly need to try to eat more because this could turn into a serious problem. you should go out with some friends for a pizza night or something and try to eat and not get sick. you could become anorexic and that is very dangerous.
