what is the eaisest, most painless, safest, quickest way to learn a double back tuck on the trampoline?
I would prefer answers from other gymnasts just as a saftey thing and i dont want to be taken advice from people who can hardly hold a handstand or even do a roundoff.

1) Make sure you can do a really good back tuck on the trampoline. If you can't do a good and TUCKED back tuck on the trampoline, or better yet, on the ground, you should just close this and go look for how to do one.
2)If you can do a back tuck, you can probably do a back drop pull over on the trampoline. If you haven't performed one of these, do a back drop and kinda pull your feet over to land on your feet. When you do the back drop, bend your knees a little so it's easier to pull them over
3)After you learn both of these skills, combine them. Do a back tuck [land] to a back drop pullover. Then do that but dont land after your back tuck so it will be like doing a complete back tuck to your back and then pulling your feet over. work on this a lot before you think about a double back. make sure you find this skill easy before you think about a double back as well. Also it will help a LOT if you do your back tuck really high and quick so you are kinda just sitting in the air before you land on your back.
4)After you can do this very very well, try to pull your legs over faster. After you can do this, pull your tuck really tight in and keep going without landing on your back. On your second back flip, keep your knees tucked as tightly as possible. If you do not, you WILL land on your neck. In fact, at first, dont even try to land on your feet at all. If you succeed at a double back and land on your knees or butt, it won't hurt nearly as bad as your back or neck.

Hi, I am a male in high school. I have like 60 songs on iTunes, while I know some people that have thousands. I really like listening to music, but I just don't have any idea how to be "aware" of it.
Some people know every new song that comes out from various artists that I have never heard of. They know every new artist and words to every song they have ( I may be overexagerating a little). How do I keep in touch with music and find new artists so I can talk to other people about artists and their songs?

yeah the radio, myspace profiles have new songs out..i really like the jonas brothers =] but i dont think you'll like them hahaha..anyway there are TONS of awesome artists out there!! type in billboard top 200 on google..they have all the new songs on there, and if you have youtube, use that to listen to them!!

Is the nickname for a prostitute spelt ho or hoe? I really always thought it was ho, since hoe looks too much like the garden tool, and ho is really only a laugh, and seems MUCH more suitable for the whore comment. Thoughts, comments, answers? (link)

i heard that when you put eyeliner on the skin part inside your eye (you know when you pull it down to put on the liner) anyway i heard that you can get plates (these red bumpy things on the skin that cant go away) where you put the liner, if you use liner continually throughout your life...so my question is that if i would use eyeliner, would i get plates? like, is it true, or a rumor?? because im worried, i really dont wanna get plates, but i dont wanna stop wearing makeup either lol..
btw im 13/f..and plz dont say anything like im to young for my age to be wearing makeup...im not the only one wearing it.

I'm 13 too and i sometimes wear eyeliner and my mom does too. We don't have plates on our eyes. So I don't think that will happen unless you have sensitive eyes lol idk.

i dont know how long this might be. BUT please answer i would like some doods to answer. ohkay so theres this guy i like right and he liked me. well he didnt say it but he did. ohkay that complicated but its not the point. so basically last year i went out with him and then we broke up i was so hurt and it was horrible. so this year we got to talking and he started texting me and calling me on a nightly basis. so then when it came time for thanksgiving i texted him and he never replied back. i sent him a comment on myspace and he never replied so im like ohkay maybe something happened idk. so today i go back to school and he doesnt look at me and he doesnt talk to me. so imlike ohkay wats up. then i come hoem check my myspace and im not on his top. this might sound clique but who ever he likes is on his top. and i was like the first girl and now im not. i like this kiddd sooooo much i dont know what to do. so im thinking maybe im not putting myself outt there enogh.. so i need ideas on how to do that. and i was going to text him saying something about how we havent talked in a while... something to gain his attention back. it could be cause ive been playing plain jane for awhile IDK... its killing me i would love more than anything to date him. when i dated him last year and he broke up with me i was so hurt and ik if we go out again it will end some time or another so should i even go through it all again.. thanks in advance if you need anymore info just ask (link)

To sum my situation up, last year I liked this new freshman and my friend Kirsten didn't AT FIRST. But, as usual, she began to think he was cute too once I talked about him a lot. After 2 months they started to "talk," but she told him that I liked him too, and that they should wait to go out until I went out with this guy that I was talking to. But, in fact, I wasn't talking to anyone, she just used that as an excuse. SO then she asked me if she could go out with him. WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO SAY? NO? What kind of friend would say no? So, they went out for about 8 months or so I'm not sure, and they just broke up after several issues occured, most of them dealing with her being a bad girlfriend. Me and the guy have always talked, and at one point during the summer I thought that he was going to cheat on Kirsten with me but I avoided it. Anyway, now we're just friendly but I've always felt like he liked me more than a friend but he went for Kirsten because she spoke up. So what do you think, should I try him at all? I know it's not the right thing to do, but she doesn't know how to be a friend. Btw I'm 16 and im .. a girl. duh. haha. (link)

around june i went on a diet. i was 5'6" and 140 lbs. i had a little tummy i wanted to lose. i lost 10 lbs dieting. then i came down with mono and i lost another 15 lbs in less than 2 weeks.
my appetite has gotten smaller. i eat like a bird. i keep losing weight without exercising or anything. im actually trying to gain a few lbs now, because i dont think im healthy. im at 115 lbs now.
now ive noticed that everytime i eat, unless its something im craving makes me feel sick.

i think it's because you lost too much weight while dieting or you might of ate the wrong foods that your body didnt like also while dieting...ask your docter for help

So let me get this straight. You played spin the bottle, and the bottle landed on a guy you liked. You kissed and you noticed he landed on two other girls. That's fine! You know spin the bottle means you kiss all kinds of people, but that dosn't mean he liked the other girls more than you. Ask a friend to ask him if he likes you.

SO lately I have not been able to trust my boyfriend and another guy is moving in now don’t get me wrong my man is really hot but I meet this new guy at senior beach week he was with one of my guy friend and omg he models for A&F and his been really sweet and he begged my friend for my number and I really didn’t think that he would think I was hot but he did and he wants to get to know me better well he came over last night and I told my boyfriend and he trusted me so it was ok but at this point I don’t think I can trust myself because what if my boyfriend makes me mad once more I might cheat and I would never do that but this guy makes me feel awesome but I love my boyfriend I really don’t know what to do ! If you meet a new guy, and you already have a boyfriend. Tell the other guy that you're taken, and that maybe you can be friends. But if you and your "man" lol are starting to drift apart, then maybe you can ask the other guy out for coffee or something. Hope this helped!
