I've tried ear plugs but i still can hear some sounds made by the passing cars, slamming gates and all in front of my house. I'm so afraid of hearing sounds at night that I actually keep my ears open for sounds and I don't dare go to sleep for fear that I'd be woken up by sounds later on at night.
Sometimes, I'm so exhausted that I tell myself to just sleep but I can't. THe moment I lie on my bed, I have that sickening exhausting yet unable to sleep experience. Don't tell me to use radio, ear plugs, white noise, etc. It ALL DON"T WORK. I'm going crazy. Every single sound is keeping me up and I can't stop anticipating the next sound. Everytime I get woken up by a sound I start to cry because I'm so angry with myself for transforming from a heavy to a light sleeper. Someone pls help me sleep. I NEED IT!! I'm going crazy. (link)

I don't have much sleep trouble myself if I get enough exercise during the day. But this sounds like more of a mental than physical thing. (You said "I'm going crazy" twice.) You should definitely consult somebody. Don't self-medicate.

okay so about 2 weeks ago me and my boyfriend decided to go on a break and ever since then i've been rediculously horny. i tried masturbating but i was so dry and nothing could work. i figured i was so dry because i got my period twice this month. is it normal that even after stimulating yourself and being really horny you're still really dry? I wouldn't know about normal, but getting your period twice in one months sounds out of the normal. You will be glad if you talk to a doctor about that, trust me - you don't have to mention your dryness, although she may ask and it may help her make a diagnosis. The period is kind of like a natural measure of fertility, and unless you're very young getting it twice a month may mean you're sick. There are many free, confidential clinics that you can go to for these things.
Also, when you get your period that has nothing to do with the wetness of being turned on. Places like Rite-Aid sell lubricants (sounds gross, I know - it's just oily stuff, absolutely nontoxic) precisely for the purpose of helping you out if you're too dry.
Get a lubricant that says "NON-oil-based" on the package if you're going to use it with a condom.

hi i would like to no if fingering myself or having a boy finger me is ok i am 14 teen and i of course had my period

Having a boy finger you is a very different thing from fingering yourself - there's a boy involved. (I don't quite see what your period has to do with it; there are better ways to tell if you're mature enough.)
Also, it depends on the boy! It's always perfectly OK to finger yourself (in private, of course), but it's up to you if you want whichever boy is willing to say "No" or "Yes." Ask yourself: Do you trust him? Do you think it will feel good? Do you think you will feel good about it later? If the answer to those questions is "yes," you certainly may.
(Also: Using a condom will keep you from getting infections you might not be able to tell he has.)
