if you run a day for an hour depending on how fast you run you can you can burn up to 600 calories a day. this is assuming you do a 10 minute mile.
im a very good runner and am great at long distance and i run about 8 miles in an hour (which is slightly less than an 8 minute mile) and thats about 900 calories an hour
and by time your mile time will improve so youll burn like maybe 800 calories an hour. so running an hour a day till then would deffinantly get you down to 115 and make your body COMPLETELY toned, since running works all your muscles. abs, arms, and especially legs.
keep me updated on how your doing with your running and if you need any extra advice about it tellll meee

you should lift weights for you arms, start with something you can deff do, then go to something a little more challenging. it's a good work out for arms, you can also ride a bike, it's good for your legs and also cardio. running is also good. i don't think you actually have to diet, but you need to watch the calories. base your meal plans on 2,000 calories. you can aviod extra calories in drinks by drinking diet sodas or water. or you can get those stirry thingys, they come in little packets and you put them in your water and shake them up, it's delicious and only about 15-50 normally. your stomach is deffinately the hardest place to lose weight. sit ups are good though. make sure you sit up all the way to your knees and keep going until it burns or else it will do no good. you can also do leg lifts. 10 degress 45 degrees 90 degrees. good luck :]

yes, running is very good!
it helps you to lose weight all over.
also, cutting back calories and carbs will help.
try a diet, too. that sounds kinda mean and harsh, but i dont mean it to sound that way.
good luck!!
