But what you can do is Just excersise daily to burn off the calories you eat everyday to avoid storing it. Inorder to know how long it will take you we would have to track everything your eating and stuff. I recommend dont think about a size you want to be, just see how much you can actually achieve. who knows you may achieve more that what you expected, all you have to do is commit, and be willing to do it for yourself not anyone else.
