running on a treadmill isnt motivating at all. because its repetive.
i used to try that, but i got bored. i wouldnt get tired, i just had nothing to motivate me.
so now i found this trail, and its like 10 miles long. and i do it becuase im a good runner, but treadmills just personally dont work for me.
so go find a trail, and the scenery will make it so you dont get bored. dont forget an ipoddd =]
also, to eat. my motivation from not eating junk food like soda is because it stains your teeth, and i have white teeth.
dont worry so much about eating too much. as long as you eat HEALTHILY, then you should be finee, if your running. it'll tone you and burn off all the food you jsut ate.

Just keep reminding yourself of the results. Like i saw in this one episode where the girl wanted to lose weight, so she put pictures of models on her refrigerator so that reminded her to eat healthy. Or if you have an ipod that you can put pictures on there, maybe put some pictures on your ipod so when you run, you can look at it and keep reminding yourself how happy you will be when this is over. I also read in a book that you can give yourself rewards. Like once you've run 2 miles, you'll reward yourself with a new movie. Or if you can lose 5 pounds in 1 week, then you can reward yourself by a day of shopping and you can buy yourself new clothes.

what also helps me is I listen to really good pump up music. It really gets me pumped up and the blood flowing, and once I start, I won't stop. Oh and you can also take a stopwatch and set it on for like 20 minutes, and you exercise for 20 minutes and you cannot stop until it hits 20 minutes. If you do, then you owe like 50 pushups or something like that. It also helps to have a trainer or spotter. Have that person be a person who is very strict. Tell that person that you really want to lose weight and that they have to push you and If you start getting lazy, they should pick up your ass and kick it until you've lost some weight.

I wish you the best!

well the only person who can motivate you is yourself. Think about the differernce you will achieve and how happy this will make you.

what i do is pst these quotes on stuff i use daily, so i read them regularly.

"If you dont do whats best for your body, you're the one who comes up on the short end."

"It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up."

"Rule your mind or it will rule you."

"The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places."

"The time for action is now. It's never too late to do something."

"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going."

-hope i helped =]
