She told us Lance Armstrong's was like 50 something, but it means that your so inshape that your body doesn't need to try as much to circulate your blood around. My resting heart rate was like 68 and she said that was really good. And for gym we had to keep our heart rates over 140 and she told me how it'll be super hard for me or anyone in shape because I have a lower heart rate so I'd have to work twice as hard. Hope this helped.
And if you want your true resting heart rate take it right after you wake up because when you lay down your body is completely resting as to sitting up (blood has to be vertically instead of when your laying down) [ bLue_in_tHe_faCe's advice column | Ask bLue_in_tHe_faCe A Question ]

I couldn't calculate it for you because I don't know your weight, but try that link to calculate what your target heart rate should be.
If you feel your heart rate is too fast or too slow, which isn't healthy, you need to seek medical advice from your doctor to find out why and what to do.
The best advice is from someone who is qualified to give it. :)
