which one came first??
okay i dont know which singer/band cam out first but somebody copied somebody.
these to songs sound just alike:

They sound a bit similar, but not, by any means, the same. They're 2 totally different styles of music. One if more pop/rock and the other is country. Evan & Jaren came first, then Taylor Swift.

I honestly don't hear anything alike. I've listened to Crazy for this girl so many times and it sounds nothing like the other song. I think it would only be copied if they stole the music and changed the lyrics. What makes you think it sounds alike? The music or the lyrics, something?
Taylor Swift is country while Evan & Jaron isn't so it sounds completely different to me.
Crazy for this Girl came out in 2000. While the other came out years later. Wasn't Taylor Swift's first album out in 2006?

Evan & Jaron came first. Taylor didn't necessarily copy them, pop/country songs are rarely actually creative. There are only so many themes to a love song. This happens all the time.
