breasts

Question Posted Thursday November 15 2007, 8:08 pm

hey ; i have a few questions but they're all related -- should i have made them each seperate questions? sorry; please just answer what you can

1 )are there any foods that would make your breasts larger? i have small breasts but they're still growing. i want them to be larger but NATURALLY -- no pills, surgeries. i just want to know is there any food that will give me a "boost" ?

2 ) i'm currently an A32 cup -- pretty small. do breasts have "growth spurts" like your height does? if so about what age does this occur between averagely?

3 )is there anything else that will NATURALLY give me larger breasts? i know that you are born with what you get; but like is there a kind of excercise? i could always use a push-up bra or something as well i know; so please don't suggest that(=

4 ) what is the average breast size (cup) once the breasts have fully developed?

thank you(=

Just wanted to make a correction:
b. Exercise the muscle below the breasts.
Actually, that'll make them smaller. It will burn the fat in the pectoral area which would be the breasts. This information is from my anatomy professor (who also has small breasts and tried to make them bigger by exercising as a teen). That'll give you big pectorals, which are not as attarctive on women.

There is no magical food to make breasts larger, sorry. And don't just look at your mother, look at women on both sides of your family. My mom has almost A cups, whereas my sister and I have DDs- we get them from out dad's side of the family.

My breasts were A cup until I was fifteen. By the time I was sixteen, they were D cups. I went through a definite growth spurt.

If you're worried about attracting guys (you shouldn't be, they'll like you anyway), there are plenty of guys don't care about breast size, or like smaller breasts.

But the biggest thing is to just be happy with what you have. Large breasts aren't that great. Shirts never fit right aroud the bust. There are a lot of shirts and dresses I can't wear at all because they don't cover enough or can't be worn with a bra. Running is very painful even with 3 sports bras. Appreciate what you have now, you may want it back later.

I haven't heard of any foods that make your breasts larger. If there was any, you wouldn't have to ask. I'm sure it will get around to every woman.

Yes, there is a growth spurt it begins usually near 14 and you'll see a difference by 16 or 17. Usually your size is similar to your mother's or the women in her family. So if she's a B cup, you will most likely be that or somewhat larger. I was an A cup and moved towards a C36 in about 3 years. I'm only 16 and my mom is a D cup. So there's always a chance you'll become larger than her.

I've noticed that it may "enlarge the look" by the muscle beneath the breasts. BUT Then again, some women lose fatty tissue when they workout so they get smaller. The only way to get bigger is to gain a bit weight. The best thing to get for now would be a push up bra. Instead of worrying over and wanting large breasts, you focus on your clothes. My friend is an A cup and she makes it look like she's a B. Wear clothes flattering to your figure. Not too skin tight but something that will cling onto you comfortably. :]

Usually it's a B or C cup.

1) I've been told pinapples and milk, but it doesn't really work. There's no harm in trying, but don't be depressed if there's no result.

2) Yes, breats do have growth spurts. There really isn't and age this generally occurs between because it happens more than once, and every girl's body is different. Ther eisn't really a specific age. And they don't grow like 3 cups sizes at a time, just slightly.

3) There are no excercises that will give you big boobs. As you said, you're born with what you get.

4) I believe the average is 34B or C. However, this really means nothing. If you want to know how big your breasts are going to be, look at your mom's.

2. Yes. Your breasts will begin to get sore and slightly firmer around 13 or 14 and that's when they begin to grow. Don't worry about the soreness; it will go away in time.
1 & 3. I recommend you leave your breasts the way they are; they're already natural, and will get bigger in time. The best ways to naturally enhance them, though (to answer the question), is:
a. get pregnant. Pregnancy will make breasts grow larger.
b. Exercise the muscle below the breasts.
4. The average size (in America) used to be 34B, but is now like a 36C since a lot of Americans are overweight (which also increases breast size) and more Americans are getting implants.
