welll when i was starting my mom told me to do from the knee down. thing is, i have hair on my thighs and she doesn't. start small and then if you're hairy, shave more/higher. <3

it all depends on how you personally feel. you can shave till the very top of your leg if you wanted to. personally i do but its all on what you wanna do.. if you dont have to then dont.

My mom told me that too but my hair is noticeable to me so i shaved it. i don't think it's any different from shaving below your knee. honestly, when you shave it and it's in that growing back stage, it's not that noticeable as below the knee. some girls shave/wax all the hair off their legs.. so yeah.
You could try using Nair. I think it works a bit better than razors.

If you have hair above your knees, there's no reason you can't shave it. People just generally shave where they have hair, or if noone will see it..
