healthy diet.. What are some diets that have proved to be effective for people?
I know everyone has a different body type, but I'm just wondering.
example.. southbeach,atkins.. etc

Atkins & Weight Watchers work well. My friend lost 20 lbs on Atkins, and I know a friend who's on Weight Watchers.
Honestly though, your best bet is to just eat healthy & exercise. There's no need to spend a whole bunch of money on some diet when you can do it yourself. ]
My aunt used Jenny Craig, and went from a size 18 to size 10. I would personally suggest no diet at all, but just eating right and excersing regularly to maintain a healthy glow and muscle. ]
I know someone on Weight Watchers, and she's lost over 30 pounds. So I recommend it. =) ]
