TheyCallMeTheLoveDoc answered Friday November 2 2007, 7:23 pm: What i do when im stressed, or with any other unwanted emotions, is write. Poetry always works. im not saying you have to rhyme or anything like that, just write down anything that comes to mind, and soon youll feel relieved. DoesHeCare answered Friday November 2 2007, 7:23 pm: exercise.
it works, and releases endorphins that make you happy or something.
for example, i hate running.
but afterwards i feel proud of myself that i didn't die or something and on top of the world, like i could conquer anything.
and then i do all my homework. [:
hope i helped. [ DoesHeCare's advice column | Ask DoesHeCare A Question ]
