you can do a lot of things such as...
listening to music really loud and singing even if your really bad and dancing around like crazy. =]
if thats too much then you can
read a book
take a nap
write in a journal
hang out with some friends and just laugh and stuff
watch some tv
play a game
take a walk
go on the computer for a while
take silly pictures
(go outside) and throw tennis balls against the fence/some kind of wall.
play a sport
ride your bike (if you have one)
play with little kids (if theres any around that you know of)
scrapbooking
go to the store and try on tons of clothes just for fun even though u have no intentions of buying any.
go pamper yourself for the day (get your nails done, hair cut etc.)
...theres a lot of stuff sometimes even just talking about things that stress you out can help and if you wanna try that you can talk to me on aim -summersangel626 or write me an e-mail romo1218@hotmail.com
hope i helped
i hope you feel better

What i do when im stressed, or with any other unwanted emotions, is write. Poetry always works. im not saying you have to rhyme or anything like that, just write down anything that comes to mind, and soon youll feel relieved. ]
exercise.
it works, and releases endorphins that make you happy or something.
for example, i hate running.
but afterwards i feel proud of myself that i didn't die or something and on top of the world, like i could conquer anything.
and then i do all my homework. [:
hope i helped. ]
