Dizzy

All of the sudden i have been getting dizzy! Last night i woke up really dizzy and naucious then it went away after a couple hours and i went back to bed but throughout today i will suddenly just get kinda dizzy and my head will spin and i have to steady myself. not like im gonna fall over or anything but i will just have to refocus. This has never happened before and i didnt chage anything to make it possibly happen so does anyone knoe why this might be happening or how to help me??? Thanks SO much! I will rate all helpful posts! :)

I agree with the last response. the best thing you can do is go to the doctor.. they know what to look for and check for. you never know it might just be your diet.. or maybe more. get it checked.

There could be many reasons for this happening. For example, viral infections, anaemia, vertigo, low blood pressure, stress and migraines can all cause dizziness and nausea. These are just a few of the ailments. If it continues you need to see a doctor as they are best placed to give you a proper diagnosis.

You might just be getting sick and if that's the case then you should just give it one or two days to start to fade. But if it doesn't then the dizziness could be from stress. You said it makes you refocus, and stress often makes it hard to focus and makes you dizzy a lot of the time. I get dizzy from stress all the time, and I just sit down and try to focus on one thing to channel my thoughts. If it really doens't go away then i reccomend going to see a doctor so it doesn't get too serious. Hope I helped!
