is it normal to have cramps to the side of your belly button as a result of your period? cause i thought that was too high for menstrual cramps. but its on my left side so it cant be appendicitis right? thanks so much and i will rate you all for your helpful posts!!!
Chances are, if the pains are pretty subtle, you do not have appendicitis. Menstrual cramps seem more likely, especially if you're on your period. I get cramps in my back from it, so it's different from person to person. The muscles just cramp up so tight sometimes that it effects the surrounding environment as well.
